Screen Printing:
The Process: Screen printing is a very popular
way of decoration garment where a design is taken and separated into
the different colors; following the separation of colors, a negative
of each color is made to create a screen. The image is then
translated onto a woven mesh screen, exposing the design area
through the screen. Ink is then pushed through the exposed area of
the screen onto a particular garment. The ink is then cured using
heat to create a lasting image on the garment.
Pricing: Pricing is based on quantity, garment
style/color, and the number of colors printed per side.
Helpful Hints to save money:
Garments - White & light colored garments are
typically less expensive than dark colored garments
Screens - Each color requires its own screen,
so keeping your design to a few colors will reduce the cost
Location – printing on one side is cheaper than
printing on the front & back
Quantity – larger quantity orders reduce the
unit cost
Minimums: The minimum order for screen printing
is 24 pieces. Less than minimum orders will require a less than
minimum charge, which is determined by the quantity ordered.
Production Time: Standard production time is 10
business days from order/art approval. However, rush service is
available. Please contact one of our customer service

Embroidery:
The Process: Embroidery is the process by
which a design is stitched onto a garment. The process begins with
the design being digitized, or converted from a graphic image into a
specific number of stitches to be embroidered on the garment.
Pricing: Pricing is based on quantity, garment
style/color, and the number of stitches.
Helpful Hints to save money:
Garments - White & light colored garments are
typically less expensive than dark colored garments
Stitches – Simple designs or outlines that do
not require a lot of fill will be less expensive than larger, solid
logos due to the number of stitches.
Location – embroidering on one location is
cheaper than embroidering on multiple locations because each
location has to be done separately
Quantity – larger quantity orders reduce the
unit cost
Minimums: The minimum order for embroidery is
12 pieces. Less than minimum orders will require a less than
minimum charge, which is determined by the quantity ordered.
Production Time: Standard production time is 10
business days from order/art approval. However, rush service is

Names/Numbers
Process: Vinyl names and numbers are created
utilizing a cad-cut stencil design. They are then adhered to the
garment using a heat press to transfer the number onto the garment.
This is commonly referred to as a “heat transfer”.
Styles: We have a variety of styles and fonts
available for individual numbers, name/number combinations, and
names.
Sizes: Numbers are available in 2”, 4”, 6”, 8”.
Names are available in 2” (width not to exceed 14”)
Helpful Hints:
Utilizing Outline style fonts can allow you to
create a 2 color look with only one color
White & Light colored garments are less
expensive than dark colored garments
Minimums: The minimum order for names/number is
12 pieces. Less than minimum orders will require a less than
minimum charge, which is determined by the quantity ordered.

Sublimation:
The Process: Heat and pressure are applied to
the polyester fabric, causing the polyester fibers to open up as the
sublimation inks turn to gas and adhere to the polyester. Once the
heat and pressure are removed, the polyester fibers close, sealing
the ink in side the garment. The result is a permanent, no-hand
image. The sublimated image will retain its detail, vibrancy and
color throughout the life of the garment.
Pricing: Pricing is based on quantity, garment
style/color, and the size of the print.
Helpful Hints:
Garment Style – sublimation only works on 100%
polyester garments.
Garment Color - white garments work best for
sublimation. Light colors can be used, but white garments allow the
vibrancy of the image to show up best.
Location – sublimating on one location is
cheaper than sublimating on multiple locations because each location
has to be done separately
Quantity – larger quantity orders reduce the
unit cost
Minimums: The minimum order for sublimation is
12 pieces. Less than minimum orders will require a less than
minimum charge, which is determined by the quantity ordered.
Production Time: Standard production time is 10
business days from order/art approval. However, rush service is
